The role:
Events Marketing Manager (B2B Events, Event Strategy, Webinars, Trade Shows, Roundtables, HubSpot, CRM, Demand Generation)
Join Corndel's marketing team to lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of high-impact virtual and in-person events that drive engagement, pipeline growth and commercial outcomes.
You will take the lead on high‑impact in‑person and virtual events, working closely with colleagues across the business, particularly our Business Development team. From concept through to delivery and evaluation, you will ensure every event is thoughtfully designed, well executed and clearly aligned to our commercial goals, bringing creative thinking to how we engage audiences and maximise commercial impact.
Reporting into Corndel’s B2B Marketing Director, this is a hands‑on role with real ownership and visibility. You'll work closely with dedicated CRM, Campaigns and Business Development colleagues, while owning the events programme end-to-end.
What you'll bring:
Demonstrable B2B event marketing experience across in-person and virtual events and use of online event and CRM platforms, ideally Teams Webinar, Zoom and HubSpot.
A strong track record of delivering against strategic objectives, with a clear focus on user experience and the buyer journey, alongside the ability to think creatively about event formats, content and audience engagement.
Practical experience planning, delivering and reporting on event marketing activity, including trade shows.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and resources effectively.
A data‑driven mindset, with confidence drawing insight from complex marketing data and using it to guide decisions.
Experience building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of our flagship in‑person client events programme, in partnership with Imperial Executive Education.
Own the planning and delivery of in‑person client roundtables.
Work closely with senior stakeholders in Sales, leading on logistics for client entertainment activity.
Collaborate with the CRM and Campaign leads to build and manage targeted invite lists aligned to priority accounts and audiences.
Deliver virtual events via MS Teams Webinar, including activity during National Apprenticeship Week.
Partner closely with colleagues across the Business Development team to support shared objectives.
Deliver marketing sponsorship activity in collaboration with the B2B Campaigns team.
Manage the ordering, tracking, delivery and collection of event merchandise and collateral for Corndel and client-led events.
Report on event performance and ROI, using insight to inform future plans and improve impact.
Source and manage venues, ensuring they support the experience we want to create.
Support wider demand generation and pipeline growth objectives through targeted event activity.
