The Role
We are recruiting Coaches for our AI Change Maker Level 4 Apprenticeship. You will support learners to build strong Business Analysis skills and understand how AI-enabled change can drive organisational improvement. You will deliver 1:1 coaching, virtual workshops and guide learners to apply techniques such as stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, process modelling, benefits tracking and solution evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and support a caseload of learners through the Level 4 AI Change Maker programme
Teach Business Analysis fundamentals and AI-enabled change practices
Deliver tailored 1:1 sessions and engaging group workshops
Support learners to complete their portfolios and meet milestones
Track progress and ensure timely and compliant delivery
Engage with line managers to review learner development
Promote effective use of Microsoft 365, Power Platform and AI tools
About You
Practical experience in Business Analysis, change or transformation environments
Confident using BA tools such as Visio (or similar), Excel, Power BI, SQL (basic), or process modelling software
Understanding of AI-enabled change and digital adoption
Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills
Able to tailor complex concepts for different audiences
Organised, analytical and committed to learner success
Desirable Skills
Experience with MS Project, Jira or project delivery tools
Familiarity with Power Platform, automation tools and AI technologies
Experience delivering training or professional development
Use of digital engagement tools (Menti, Miro, whiteboards)
