Content Writer (Working Smarter with AI)

The Role
Join us as a Curriculum Content Writer and play a pivotal role in shaping and creating an industry-leading Working Smarter with AI programme. You will have significant influence over the programme's content and structure, developing both e-learning materials and interactive workshops that drive learner engagement and maximise impact.
Working closely with our Product Team, you'll apply your practical experience to create inspiring, effective, and engaging content. You’ll ensure that both e-learning modules and workshops align seamlessly with live coaching methods, best practices, and apprenticeship standards, providing learners with an exceptional learning journey that fully prepares them for their End-Point Assessment (EPA).
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape an exciting new programme, balancing innovation and practical effectiveness, and ensuring learners and Professional Development Experts (PDEs) have outstanding resources that deliver real-world impact.
Location: Remote (occasional F2F as appropriate)
1 FTE for approximately 6-9 months depending on business need, after which you will transition to a role delivering the programme.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate closely with the Product Team to develop high-quality, interactive, and engaging e-learning and workshop content.
· Create innovative, interactive digital learning materials, including modules, assessments, videos, and templates, ensuring a high standard of learner experience.
· Design engaging workshops, integrating real-world teaching practices and learner feedback to ensure ease of delivery and maximum learner benefit.
· Ensure content supports successful End-Point Assessment outcomes, adhering to internal quality standards and apprenticeship guidelines.
· Advocate for the learner and PDE perspective, continuously enhancing the practicality and engagement of all content.
· Provide quality assurance for content, ensuring consistency with Corndel’s existing methodologies.
· Regularly refine and enhance training materials based on real-time feedback from PDEs, learners, and external EPA organisations.
About You:
Essential:
· Strong interest and practical experience in leveraging AI for productivity improvements in the workplace.
· Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot.
· Experience in creating high-quality, interactive e-learning content.
· Experience delivering or preparing learners for End-Point Assessments (EPA).
· Demonstrable experience in facilitating interactive workshops or training sessions.
· Excellent writing, editing, and organisational skills.
· Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
· Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with diverse teams.
Desirable:
· Teaching or coaching qualification.
· Microsoft Certifications relating to Microsoft 365, Copilot, or Power Automate.
· Experience as a Microsoft Certified Trainer.
