The role
We’re looking for a collaborative and creative Midweight Designer to join our growing in-house team and help shape how our brand comes to life across every touchpoint. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, bringing ideas to the table, and seeing projects through from concept to completion, all while developing their craft in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Reporting into the Senior Design Manager, you’ll collaborate with our marketing (B2C and B2B), and business development teams to deliver high-quality, consistent creative across campaigns, communications, and learner-facing materials. Whether it’s designing for digital or print, you’ll play a key role in engaging and inspiring our audiences with work that’s impactful, on-brand, and beautifully executed.
You’ll have the chance to grow your skills, stretch your creativity, and help build something meaningful as part of a supportive and ambitious team.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Senior Design Manager to apply and evolve our visual identity across a wide range of print and digital touchpoints.
- Create a wide variety of brand and marketing assets that capture the essence of Corndel and our programmes - from campaign materials and client-facing content to learner resources and internal comms.
- Contribute to building smart, scalable design systems - from templates to toolkits - that ensure brand consistency and streamline creative across the business.
- Work closely with teams across Corndel - including marketing (B2C and B2B), and sales - to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative that supports business goals and drives meaningful impact for our learners and partners.
- Take ownership of briefs from concept through to delivery - creating visually engaging, audience-focused designs that align with campaign objectives and key messages.
- Bring creative energy, ideas, and craft to everything you touch - pushing for excellence across every piece of work.
- Explore emerging trends, tools, and insights - sharing ideas that keep our creative work relevant, inspired, and ahead of the curve.
About you
You’re an ambitious Designer with a few years’ experience under your belt, excited by the opportunity to make a real impact as part of our newly formed in-house studio. You collaborate naturally, think strategically, and understand how strong creative can drive impact across every touchpoint.
You combine creative flair with a sharp eye for detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset. You're confident taking ownership from concept to completion - and excited to join a team that values creativity and collaboration.

- Able to take a project from brief to delivery - managing time, quality and feedback.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- A passion and drive to experiment with new technologies to improve all things design.
Desirable
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Any experience with motion, illustration or AI based tools would be a big plus!
