The Role:
Corndel is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to lead transformation and improvement across all areas of the business. Maintaining high standards is a key priority for Corndel, as it builds on solid foundations and continues to grow. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and lead continuous improvement and transformation across Corndel, with a particular focus on digital transformation, data strategy and improvement of business processes.
As part of the Corndel’s Leadership Team, you will have a significant role promoting an ethos of continuous improvement and transforming our ways of working, to achieve excellence and efficiency across the organisation.

You will:
- Develop and lead the organisation’s transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals
- Support the Board and Executive team to identify and define key transformation priorities and programmes
- Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency and performance improvement across the organisation
- Lead large scale change initiatives ensuring successful delivery and adoption through engaging and influencing stakeholders ensuring appropriate communications are in place and measuring and reporting on outcomes
- Build and champion a culture of continuous improvement and agility across Corndel. Work collaboratively and in consultation with key stakeholders across the business to embed an ongoing approach to improvement.
- Oversee the planning, execution and governance of transformation projects and implement programme management methodologies to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Drive process optimisation and automation to improve operational effectiveness
- Build Corndel change and project management skills and capability
- Lead digital transformation across the business leveraging technology to enhance business performance
- Support staff with the analysis, planning, design, implementation and communication of new processes, ensuring good use of digital technology and data, and appropriate collaboration across departments
- Manage change across Corndel, including engaging and influencing staff, ensuring appropriate communication plans are in place, and measuring and reporting on outcomes.
- Work with Director of IT to ensure seamless integration of new systems
- Engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels to support transformation initiatives

Skills
- Highly organised, able to prioritise well and work at speed and under pressure
- Strong skills in transformation and improvement, with the ability to identify problems and design solutions.

- Ability to analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform judgements and recommendations
- Ability to identify issues and problems and take a collaborative approach to designing solutions
- Ability to think strategically to align recommendations and solutions to business priorities
Knowledge and experience
- Proven experience in leading change and transformation at a senior level
- Experience of programme management and managing multiple stakeholders to deliver on projects.
- Experience in digital transformation and technology enabled change
- Understanding of how digital transformation can support Corndel’s operations
- Excellent project and change management skills, evidenced through repeated delivery, with the ability to develop these skills in others.
